Je größer der Überhang desto niedrigerer die maximale Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit. Die richtigen Betriebsgeschwindigkeiten finden Sie in der Geschwindigkeitstabelle, die jeder Lieferung beiliegt. • Verwenden Sie Form “A” für mittlere bis schwierige Anwendungen • Verwenden Sie Form “B” für leichtes Entgraten und zum Finishen/Polieren • Verwenden Sie Form “W” für Freihand- und Präzisionsanwendungen für mittleren bis hohem Matrialabtrag • Verwenden Sie Korn 36 für Grobschliff • Verwenden Sie Korn 60 und 90 für feine Oberflächen oder zum Schleifen auf schmalen Oberflächen Bei rotierenden Schleifmitteln ist die maximal zulässige Drehzahl ein entscheidender Faktor, der sich aus der in den geltenden Normen angegebenen maximalen Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit in Abhängigkeit vom Werkzeugdurchmesser ergibt und in Umdrehungen pro Minute (1/min oder min-1). Der maximale Geschwindigkeit bei Schleifstiften beträgt 33 m/s. In den Tabellen ist für jede Form die maximale Drehzahl angegeben. Die maximale Drehzahl asiert auf der Form- und Spindelkombination mit einem maximalen Überhang von 25 mm.
